My name is Lizzy Archibald, and I am an experienced Consultant Occupational Therapist. My clinical work has focused on Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, as well as the assessment and support of neurodivergent children and adults. I have had the pleasure of working within the NHS for the past 24 years and continue to do so. Alongside this, I established my own small private practice 13 years ago.  

 

I believe that every individual should be supported and empowered with the tools to reach their full potential. To this end, I offer a range of clinical assessments and interventions, including:

• Autism assessment (age 14+) 

• ADHD assessment (age 14+) 

• Specialist assessment and intervention for neurodivergent adults and families, including pre-assessment and post‑diagnostic support 

• Sensory assessments – comprehensive clinical evaluations that can support recommendations for exam adjustments, educational or workplace accommodations, and a greater understanding of sensory preferences 

• Coaching for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and adults – including pre‑ and post‑diagnostic support, guidance with benefits applications, and practical strategies to support your family member 

• Training in neuro‑affirming practice for parents, professionals, organisations, educators and employers 

• Consultative services, including supervision and training for third sector organisations and statutory services
