Hang Up Laundry

The next occasional task on my son's planner is 'hang up laundry'. My son does have outside hanging space but prefers to dry his clothes on a clothes airer (some people call it a clothes horse too). He doesn't have access to a tumble dryer. When hanging up the laundry he:
👖 Takes the clothes out of the washing machine into a laundry basket
👖 Shakes his clothes one by one
👖 Places them on the clothes airer spaced far enough apart to allow air to get to them
👖 Places the clothes airer near a heater (if possible) to speed up the drying process

I don't have 'take down laundry' or 'fold laundry' on my son's planner because in reality I think he probably wears his clothes straight from the clothes airer when they are dry. Does this sound similar to how you dry your clothes? If not, what do you do? Please pop your routine or ideas in the comments below.
